When the block is filled, it is full. We are unable to add any additional rooms to the block.
The hotel currently has very limited availability for dates leading up to and after the conference. If you are looking to extended your stay past our block dates, please contact the hotel directly to see if accommodations can be made.

RESERVATION CUT OFF

Please be advised the block cut-off date is on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024.  Any unused room/suite inventory will be released back to the hotel for resale by the end of the day.

Jeff Butler is an author and workplace strategist who explores human behavior within the working world. His experience spans over 40 industries in 4 continents on how different cultures and employees interact with each other. He studies common threads of behavior in industries such as IT professionals, underground utility workers, police officers to clothing retail chains. In addition, Jeff has also worked with companies like Google, Amazon, John Deere and Coldwell Banker. As a researcher and practitioner, he also runs a consulting company and a tech company, TrinityFix where he is able to test his ideas in different workplace environments. His ideas have made it to TEDx twice, appeared in dozens of media outlets including two books on human behavior:- The Authentic Workplace and The Key To The New You . Currently, he lives in Dallas, Texas as an out of place Californian.

From Nashville International Airport there are several options for you to get from the airport to the hotel. All commercial operators pick up at the Ground Transportation Center on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2. The conference fee includes Saturday & Sunday meetings, Welcome Reception and drinks; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday; all food and beverage breaks; and all sessions and materials.

The early registration discount will be available from May  1, 2024 and ends midnight on June 30, 2024.

You should make your reservations by August 27, 2024. Any reservations made after this date are subject to availability and prevailing rates.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than 5pm CST August 30, 2024. All cancellations are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after August 30th, 2024. Please write us at info@cobblestoneconference.com

No, registration is available for the full conference only.
